Sabrina has been delivering pelvic health physiotherapy across Northern Tasmania for eight years, working in both private practice and public hospital settings.
Her passion for pelvic health began while studying physiotherapy, when she discovered how conditions like endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse, and bladder/bowel dysfunction could prevent people from doing the things they love.
As a keen strength trainer, soccer player, home renovator and avid dog walker, she believes pelvic health shouldn’t be a barrier to living an active and fulfilling life.
Sabrina completed postgraduate studies in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2022, followed by a Professional Certificate in the Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse at the University of South Australia in 2023.
In 2026 she founded Optimum Pelvic Health Physiotherapy — bringing together her experience, knowledge and connection with the Northern Tasmanian community to create a service focused on helping people move confidently, stay active and improve their quality of life.
